I think I’ve been functioning okay but overall depressed since my grandfather died, and since my manager reacted to that news as an inconvenience, and since he then prevented me from speaking at a conference. Ever since then, my PTSD from a past toxic job from hell kicked in and I haven’t been able to shake it. I’ve got to try to get back to my old self.
